OASIX

OASIX develops intelligent thermal infrastructure for buildings, low-temperature industrial facilities, and data centers. The company’s modular thermal storage cells and control software store, stabilize, and dispatch heat and cold, helping facilities reduce thermal peaks, improve resilience, defer infrastructure upgrades, and unlock new value from cooling and waste heat.

The problem

Heating and cooling are becoming a major infrastructure bottleneck. Buildings, low-temperature factories, and data centers face sharper thermal peaks, higher energy costs, grid constraints, oversized mechanical systems, and growing pressure to reuse waste heat. In many factories, thermal loads behave similarly to large buildings, with recurring cooling, heating, hot-water, and process-temperature demand. In AI data centers, liquid cooling moves heat faster into the facility loop, creating thermal peaks that can threaten uptime and reduce usable compute capacity.

Company's solution

OASIX provides a modular, fire-safe thermal storage platform that connects to existing chillers, heat pumps, liquid-cooling loops, hot-water systems, and thermal networks. The system stores and releases heat or cold when needed, while OASIX control software forecasts demand, manages thermal reserve, and optimizes performance. In buildings and low-temperature industrial facilities, OASIX reduces HVAC and process thermal peaks, improves resilience, lowers infrastructure stress, and supports waste-heat reuse. In data centers, the platform acts as a Thermal UPS for liquid-cooled AI, absorbing thermal peaks, protecting uptime, and unlocking more usable GPU capacity. The same technology also stabilizes waste heat, improves reuse economics, and boosts the performance of heat-to-power and heat-to-cooling systems.

Funding status

OASIX is a seed-stage company backed by private investment and non-dilutive funding. The company has won grant support from the BIRD Foundation and the Israeli Ministry of Energy and is currently advancing commercial deployments, data-center pilots, and its next financing round.

Worth mentioning

OASIX has completed three systems and reached R&D technology readiness level 6-7. The company has two secured paid deployments in installation: a 250 kWh project in Israel and a 1 MWh project in New York City. These deployments validate the platform’s safety, integration, and real-world deployment model. OASIX also has a qualified pipeline of approximately 200 MWhth, a New York deployment partnership with EN-POWER GROUP, an established manufacturing and EPC base, and a patent-pending thermal architecture. The company is now scaling from building and low-temperature industrial validation into data-center Thermal UPS and waste-heat applications.
